Welcome to the museum! For your protection and the protection of others, we recommend that you wear a mask when visiting the museum. Masks are mandatory during guided tours and events.
Please observe the usual distance and hygiene rules during your visit. Pre-registration is not necessary. Only for groups of 10 or more people, we ask for notice by email shopprinzhorn.zpm@med.uni-heidelberg.de or phone (0) 6221 / 56 47 39.

Regular: Euro 8,- / reduced Euro 5,-
When only the permanent exhibition is open, prices are reduced (Euro 5,- / reduced Euro 3,-).
Reductions apply to:
- Students
- Severely disabled persons from 50% G.d.B.
- Employees of psychiatric institutions
on presentation of the relevant proof HeidelbergCard holders receive a 20% reduction on the admission price ArtCard holders
Free admission for:

- Pupils 14 - 18 years

- Members of the association "Freunde der Sammlung Prinzhorn e.V." (Friends of the Prinzhorn Collection)
